Bad ending to a great beginning

The property and location is good and apartment was recently remodeled. Our vacation was ruined by the apartment being accessed (without a forced entry) thru a locked door with suspicious key access and surveillance… the last night of our stay the robbery occurred and, took jewelry and euros only, between 3-5 pm while we were away. We immediately contacted the host asked about security and surveillance cameras and have not heard anything regarding the robbery or camera video ? We will not stay in this building or apartment again…
