Welcome to Le Balarello, a bright and thoughtfully furnished 75 m² apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, located in a typical Niçoise building in the heart of Nice.

Situated on the 3rd floor, the apartment offers a central yet comfortable base for exploring the city. The famous Promenade des Anglais and the beach are only a 5-minute walk away, where you can enjoy the Mediterranean and its turquoise waters.

The entire apartment is also equipped with air conditioning, ensuring comfort even during warm summer days.

Le Balarello features a spacious living room where you can relax together, enjoy meals with family or friends, and plan your day in Nice. The Couch can be used as a sofa bed (140 x 190cm). Nice place in Nice but needs some maintenance

Check-in was easy and the place had everything we needed but here is the issue… as soon as the front door was opened the apartment smelled like ‘sewer’. I mentioned this to the the lady that opened for us and she explained that it was because they had rain. However, after 3 days the place wreaked of sewer smell. Additionally, the shower drain did not drain and water backed up until it overflowed the shower pan. While showering you had to keep turning the water off until some eventually went down the drain. A maintenance person did come to the house and removed a filter and this rectified the issue. The elevator at the the apartment only worked on the day we arrived. After that it was six flights of stairs up and 6 down.
