I rent this apartment which has just been completely redone and transformed.

Very nice situation for this corner apartment (south facing living room and 2 bedrooms west) on the 4th and last floor, located in the heart of Old Nice, 30 meters from Rossetti square, 150 meters from the Cours Saleya and the sea and 100 meters from the tramway.

Nice benefits for this typical apartment of Old Nice with door of reassured building, automatic lighting of the stairs, door of armored apartment, windows double glazing, kitchen (double work plan with sink, refrigerator, plates with induction) and bathroom (shower cubicle, WC, wash basin with wash basin and washing machine and shelves underneath).
2 independent west bedrooms each with a window and double bed 140x190.

Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday in July and August (130x7 = 910 euros)
Supplement of 50 € for the household.
Optional, € 30 for sheets and towels

Déchèterie du quartier au pied de l’immeuble est un point négatif.

Manque d’air et nuisances sonores dues au point déchèterie et dépôt de verre des restaurants du quartier jour et nuit. Le prix des nuitées est surévalué compte tenu de ces désagréments.
