The apartment is located in the heart of the Golden Square, 100m from the sea and close to the pedestrian area and its shops.
Probably the best location in Nice for your stay: less than 2 minutes walk from the beach, the pedestrian area and the Promenade des Anglais, and less than 5 minutes walk from the famous \'Place Masséna\', the green corridor and the old town.
This charming apartment is also very close to all public transportation: tram stop and taxi stand less than 5 minutes away, train station 10 minutes away. You also have the possibility to easily park your vehicle in a paid parking lot located 50 meters from the apartment.
All you have to do is drop off your luggage and enjoy your stay: the cleaning is done just before your arrival, the bed and bath linen is provided, as well as welcome products for your arrival.
