Beautiful villa south in the hills of the hinterland of Nice with a view of 360 °, ideally located between sea and mountain, you will have a comfortable apartment completely rebuilt from scratch and completely independent with private entrance, secure parking, fully air-conditioned, all planted with olive trees where you can walk there to find peace and serenity there.

Private Pool: The owners never bathe with the vacationers.
For your relaxation you will have free access to the pool (hours from 9 am to 12 noon from 2 pm to 6 pm and after 7 pm but the schedules are perfectly adjustable), natural treatment by electrolysis and without any chemicals and totally secured by Aqualarm V2, a barbecue area (we do not provide charcoal) and an independent terrace, 2000 m2 of lawn all within 20 minutes of the beaches, 15 minutes from the Allianz Riviera football stadium, 30 minutes from Marineland. You can visit our Canton smiles to ten (ten small villages around Saint-Martin-du-Var) and the Mercantour Park located less than 50 minutes to conduct marches and excursions.

From December to the end of March you will be able to watch olives picking on our property and observe the olive oil production, enjoy the sun, the heat and the tranquility or enjoy the Carnival. of Nice, Lemon Festival in Menton, Cannes Film Festival ... If you want to go to Nice or visit the hinterland of Nice without taking your vehicle you can get there by the Railways of Provence which will lead you through gorges and valleys and whose station is located less than 3 km .

The house is on one level and offers direct access to the garden and swimming pool.

SECOND AND FINAL PAYMENT
The second and final payment will be made exclusively on the day of your arrival and directly to us by credit card, in order not to incur additional transaction costs, in full agreement with Abritel. Thank you for your understanding.

Hygiene measures:
Swimming pool: compulsory swimming attire (1-piece/2-piece swimsuit, swimsuit/shorts).... swimming is prohibited while fully clothed.

Mattresses: It is prohibited to remove the integral covers from the mattresses

Sofa: THE MECHANISM IS BLOCKED DO NOT OPEN IT do not remove its protective cover

Bicycles / Motorcycles: It is prohibited to park bicycles and motorcycles inside the apartment.
As the property is sufficiently large and secure, you must park them outside the accommodation.
In the event of non-compliance with these rules, the owners reserve the right to terminate your reservation and evict you.

Miscellaneous :
To allow the cleaning company to intervene, departure is before 10 a.m. and arrival time is from 3 p.m.

No smoking inside the apartment.
Events are not permitted (no parties or evenings).

Any additional people will be refused on the day of arrival.

Cleaning products provided: for the accommodation as well as for the dishwasher including garbage bags, shower gel, shampoo, liquid hand soap (we do not provide laundry detergent).

We also provide a starter kit (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, 1 roll of toilet paper (remember to buy some for your stay)

As cleaning is included, we ask that you please respect the person who will come and clean after your departure. Thank you for your understanding.

Linen provided from 1 to 7 days.
From the 8th day the change of linen will be obligatory, a supplement of €39 per week will be requested on the day of your arrival (to be paid on site).
