Between the olive tree and the vineyards are the districts of Caucade, Fabron and Archet which are located in the western part of the city of Nice. Starting from the seaside, they continue up the hill via the Fabron avenue. Composed mainly of exceptional villas and modern residences, you will also find all types of local shops accessible both on foot and by car from the top of the hills. These neighborhoods are ideally located, and you will be only 15 minutes from downtown Nice, 15 minutes by car from the airport and 30 minutes from Monaco! An immersion between land and sea guaranteed!
