Located on the 4th floor with/ without elevator, it includes:

Starting from the seaside and climbing up the hill by the avenue de Fabron, they are mainly composed of exceptional villas and modern residences. Ideally located, you will be only 15 minutes away from Nice city center, 15 minutes by car from the airport and 30 minutes from Monaco! An immersion between land and sea guaranteed!
