Our brand new villa can sleep comfortably up to 11 people in 6 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. Two bedrooms have an access to the 13m2 balcony to enjoy an open-wide mountain view with a little fortress of the neighbor city.
Spacious living room with a comfortable Roche Bobois sofa and a marble coffee-table. Dining space with a modern glass dining table comfortably sitting 10-12 pers.
Beautiful and spacious terraces made of marble stone carpet. A cozy pool-house / summer kitchen with a gas BBQ to have your meals outside while enjoying a stunning open-wide mountain view.
A heated and salted pool with nice sunbeds is available from April to October.
Free parking for up to 5 cars.
The villa has everything you need for holidays with family, friends or just to chill. Everything is up to very high standards!
A nearest supermarket is 7-8 min on foot / 2 min drive.
A huge Shopping Mall "Polygone Riviera" with numerous restaurants and shops is within 15 min walk / 5 min drive.
