Excellent location, very close to the Promenade des Anglais. Within walking distance of lots of sights, restaurants, and a little grocery store. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable. The hosts were also lovely. They met us upon arrival and departure, showed us all the amenities, and were available if we had questions.

Met all expectations.

We stayed for almost three weeks. Everything was great from start to end. The hosts were great met us on our arrival and were there when we were leaving. The apartment is in a great location for all that you want to do in Nice. Close to the beach, close to the train station and Old Town Nice. Would certainly stay here again on our next trip to Nice.

Excellent instructions on how to find it,clean and modern, great facilities, shown by the owners how to use everything with access walkway through to the beach, local attractions and plenty of restaurants close by. Would stay there again.

Lovely quiet apartment

The property was very clean and well equipped with a large balcony. It is close to many restaurants and the promenade but the apartment is in a quiet street. The owners were very helpful and met us on arrival.

Great location and walk to everywhere

We loved this location and they even had access to a secret shortcut to the beach so we didn’t have to walk all the way around! Very spacious living area and it was great having a big closet and washer to clean clothes. No dryer, but they provide the tools to hang dry. Overall a wonderful stay!
