Spanning 183 m², CASA-Mathilda features three spacious bedrooms with air conditioning, each with a queen-size bed (160×200) and its own en-suite bathroom for added privacy and convenience. The bedrooms open onto a terrace with spectacular sea views, providing an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with evening drinks.

The villa’s outdoor space is a true highlight, featuring a heated swimming pool, barbecue grill, and chic outdoor furniture nestled in a tranquil garden. The private pool can be heated up to twenty-eight degrees, offering a relaxing space to soak up the Mediterranean sun. Enjoy al fresco dining and gatherings with family and friends around the BBQ grill.

Inside, the open-concept living area is designed with large bay windows that flood the space with natural light, a cozy fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for cooking and dining together. Heating of the pool is available upon request only in May, June, September, and October, with an extra fee of fifty euros per night.

Wonderful stay.

Beautiful property 30mins from Nice centre and 10 mins from the promenade at St Laurent du Var. It is a bit isolated so a car is needed to get about, especially to the Supermarket but otherwise nice and peaceful with great views. Uber is not the most reliable there. Jean Paul, the owner, was very helpful and acommodating. Overall, wonderful.

Beautiful villa

This is a great property. Fabulous pool, fabulous view and to be honest. I struggled to find anything it didn’t have. It’s a short drive from Saint Laurent Du Var and the train to Nice and Monaco or Cannes. There was some difficult getting taxis both Uber and local but it worked out eventually. Really quiet at night and not for those who wish to be in the middle of things with the ability to walk to bars and restaurants. We would definitely recommend this to any family. Tracey was in contact with us prior to arrival which made everything happen smoothly and efficiently.

Amazing Villa in the South of France

The Villa Mathilda is a beautiful villa is the South of France with all the amenities you could ask for . Beautiful pool and stunning views of the Mediterranean, as well appointed kitchen . The host Tracy was wonderful. Great vacation!

fantastic villa, superb location

from arriving to leaving the villa was perfect. It is so well equipped and comfortable. The views from the garden/pool area are beautiful, it is very peaceful with no noise from the road or neighbouring villas. Highly recommended!

Stunning Villa close to everything

We cannot say enough about our stay at this villa. The property manager was accommodating and went above and beyond to provide exceptional service for us. Our travel plans changed suddenly and she was flexible and very quick to respond. The villa itself is 100% accurate to how beautiful the pictures display it. It is very well-stocked and clean. The beds were comfortable and the common seating areas were well-arranged for our party of 4 adults, but could easily accommodate up to 6 adults. We cooked our meals in the villa and were lacking nothing. The grounds were well-kept and the pool was very clean, as was the hot tub. The views from the villa are stunning and the location is close to a small town which has everything you need. Our only complaint was that we had to leave. We will definitely be bringing our kids and their partners back to this villa with us. If you are looking for a relaxing place to stay while being very close to the major attractions along the French Riviera, this is the spot for you!

Lovely clean modern villa

Well equipped modern villa in a peaceful location with fantastic views. The villa, pool and hot tub were immaculate. A car is essential as the nearest supermarket is a 10 minute drive. Tracey was an amazing host, nothing was too much trouble for her. We had a fantastic stay and would certainly recommend this villa.

Beautiful modern villa with everything required to make yourself at home

Family of five had a lovely stay in this beautiful villa. Modern, clean and equipped like your own home. Some excellent touches of class to make your stay more comfortable. The villa situated on a mountain side with great views up and down the valley. The pool is a good size and is kept very clean with a cover to keep the bigs out at night. Good areas inside and out for eating or relaxing. We had a fantastic stay and would not hesitate to return in the future!

Nice for families, could be better equipped

This is a very pleasant house with a spectacular view of the Mediterranean in the distance. The modern kitchen was nicely outfitted and easy to use. We cooked a few fun meals there. In addition, our host and his agent were both delightful. Their English was perfect and they were quite helpful in recommending grocery stores, restaurants, etc. to us. The house is nice for a family with kids, but we came with three couples and the third bedroom/bath was small for the third couple. If we had one complaint, it was that, in such a nice place, the little items furnished were either low quality or lacking. For example, there was not much toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, and tissues provided. Also, the sheets and the blankets were a bit on the low end and took away some of the joy of staying there. The location is convenient for making day trips to the many wonderful places in this French Riviera region. For the right family this can be a great place to stay.

Villa perfection but beware of the mosquitos and the location

We had a nearly perfect stay in the villa. They have thought of everything. The bedrooms are spacious and the villa is accurately depicted in the photos. There is nothing for you to worry about at all! Just make sure you take plenty of bug spray for the rooms and your body. We all got 15 to 20 bites whilst staying there. We stayed in the hills on the other side of Nice prior to this villa and had no problems so definitely not the time of year. Also whilst you need a car there is really very little, well nothing around the villa. An uber in to Nice is about 30 Euros. St Laurent du Var is ok. Down by the beach is OK. Don't know why you would go there though when you have Nice and Antibes just down the road. If I could pick this villa up and move it it would be a 5 star though. So if you don't care about the location this really is one of the best places you will ever stay in. Thanks for such great service along the way and welcoming us.

This is a beautiful villa. The views are amazing and everything is absolutely perfect. The whole place has been finished to an extremely high standard with the best of everything. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped. The bed was the most comfortable we have eexperienced in a rental. We throughly enjoyed sitting outside having dinner and a glsss of wine. The supermarket is about 10 mins away and has everything you need. Tracey made us feel very welcome and the bottle of champagne in the fridge was a nice welcoming touch. There is an underground garage which meant that you did not have to get into a hot car. Wonderful week we will be back,

A gorgeous villa

We had a fabulous stay. The location of the property is superb, set in a quiet valley with superb views towards Cap D'Antibes and the sea to the south and the mountains to the north. The property has a number of seating areas which enable you to benefit from these. The house itself is all kitted out to a very high specification - furniture, kitchen equipment etc and with lots of useful electronic labour saving elements (a button to open and close all the shutters, for example). The pool was warm, the hammock was very enjoyable and, all in all, this was the perfect holiday location. Thanks again to Tracey for such a warm welcome and assisting us during our stay.

Beautiful Villa

We have just returned from an 8 night stay at Villa Mathilda. Tracey was waiting for us when we arrived at the villa and we were greeted with a chilled bottle of champagne. The villa itself exceeded our expectations, the pictures do not do it justice. The location itself is very quiet and peaceful with fantastic views towards the sea from the pool area and also to the mountains behind. No expense has been spared, fixtures and fittings are of a very high quality and the villa is exceptionally well equipped. A car, however, is essential to get out and about. The nearest supermarket is a 5-10 minute drive up the hill. As we were visiting in mid-October we paid extra for pool heating and the pool was nice and warm. We were able to swim during the evening when the air temperatures were quite low. Everything was spotlessly clean and pool towels were also provided. IT feels very safe and secure. The villa is located in an excellent location to explore the surrounding area and there are some beautiful places to see. Saint Paul de Vence, Antibes, Frejus, Eze, Nice, Villefranche and Monaco are all worth a visit. We would certainly recommend this villa.

Positive Erwartungen noch übertroffen

Die Villa ist perfekt. Es fehlt an nichts. Jedes Zimmer ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Einrichtung von Küche und Wohnzimmer ist modern und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die 3 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad sind in der Gestaltung farblich jeweils aufeinander abgestimmt, die Betten absolut bequem. Die Bäder neu und modern. Der Ausblick und die Ruhe: ein Traum! Für die Teenager:W-LAN :-) aber auch Tischtennisplatte oder Fahrräder. Und der Pool selbst im Oktober noch geöffnet (ist in vielen anderen Unterkünften ab 1.Oktober geschlossen). Getoppt wird alles durch die zauberhafte und charmante Managerin Tracey! Danke für diesen schönen Urlaub!

One word; GREAT

This house is perfect for a family who likes a clean modern central house in the Cote d'Azur. The kitchen is fully loaded with all kind of furniture; the beds are very nice, bathrooms perfect. If there is something; Tracey is always there (we needed her just 1 time in the 12 days we stayed in the house; everything was perfect and okay).

Rundum schöner Urlaub

Wundervoll!!!!!

Ich kann mich den Vorrednern*innen nur anschließen. Wir waren als Familie mit erwachsenen Kindern dort und es war für alle perfekt. Der Pool ist groß und sehr sauber, es war fantastisch. Das Haus ist hübscher als auf den Fotos, mit hochwertiger Ausstattung, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Ein großes Lob an die Besitzer für ihren guten Geschmack und an die charmante, freundliche Hausverwalterin Tracy, die wirklich einen guten Job macht! Vielen Dank nochmal an alle!!!!

Perfect stay!!

Very, very nice house. It has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Very nicely and super well equipped. The house was very clean, nothing was missing. We recommend it especially to families with slightly older children. (unsecured stairs). Tracy is a great host and made us feel welcome. There is a beautiful view of the sea from the house. A car is highly recommended as shopping facilities are about 10 minutes drive away (hilly). We would come again immediately.
