Villa equipped for 8 people, comfortable, upscale, tastefully decorated, large living dining room of 55 m2 with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, overlooking terrace with barbecue. Upstairs 2 suites with terrace where you can see the sea, each suite comprising bedroom, dressing room, bathroom toilet. Attic 2 connecting attic rooms with low ceiling height. Garden furniture and sun loungers. Swimming pool with alarm and night lighting. Land 600m2 fully enclosed. 1. 2 km beach, downtown 1. 6 km. All shops nearby (400 m). TV, internet access / WIFI.
