Ideal for a couple who want to explore Nice’s culture and history, but also to relax on its famous beaches

The airy apartment has an open-plan living space which has been thoughtfully furnished with a sofa, chairs and a flat-screen TV. Next to this is the dining area with a table for 4 people and the modern fitted kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, food processor, fridge/freezer and Nespresso coffee machine.

The master bedroom has a modern double bed, extensive storage and wardrobe.

Location
Nice has been a popular seaside resort for over a century. It is known for the beachfront Promenade des Anglais; delicious food and fabulous shopping, whether you are looking for high fashion or the freshest local ingredients. The city has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2021 and with good reason. The apartment is ideally located for exploring Nice on foot. Guests can discover the Musée des Beaux-Arts (6 minutes), the iconic Negresco Hotel (11 minutes), and Nice\'s Old Town and port (30 minutes).

Although you are in the centre of the city, you can enjoy stunning public beaches and trendy beach clubs, all close by.

Guests are spoiled for choice by the many shops, restaurants and cafés in the neighbourhood, including a supermarket just a 2-minute walk. For an authentic Niçoise market, check out the Marché Cours Saleya (30-minute walk along the seafront) where you will find the freshest, best local produce to cook at home. On Mondays, the market becomes a flea market.

Day trips to other famous towns along the French Riviera; Monaco, Cannes, Saint-Tropez and Antibes are easy to arrange. All of these towns are within a 30-45 minute drive and are accessible by public transport.

The apartment is less than 15 minutes from Nice Côte d’Azur Airport by car.
