Located in a historic 18th-century building in the heart of Nice's old town, this large air-conditioned studio combines charm and modernity. Recently renovated with care, it offers a comfortable and elegant setting, just a few minutes' walk from Cours Saleya, the Promenade des Anglais, and numerous shops and restaurants.



YOUR NEIGHBOURHOOD



You are settled in a very charming and lively street, famous for its shops, art galleries and traditional restaurants. The Cours Saleya market, a must-see in Nice, is accessible within 100 metres and offers fresh products every day, except Monday, which is reserved for the antiques market. The beach and the famous Promenade des Anglais are also just a few steps away, as is your favourite bakery and the famous artisanal ice cream from Fenocchio.



STAY



The living room is spacious and bright, with large windows that bring beautiful natural light. It combines a lounge area with a large television, a dining space and a functional open kitchen. The decoration is carefully designed, with light walls and floors that create a pleasant and soothing atmosphere. Fibre optic internet connection is available to facilitate your comfort and leisure.



COOKING



The open kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, a microwave and everything necessary to cook easily. A table with two chairs allows you to have your meals in a friendly setting, directly next to the kitchen.

How to get to my accommodation in Nice upon arrival



I chose to arrive by air



Upon arriving at the airport, a wide range of transport options are available to you to get to your apartment:



The tram - The best market: Line 2 will depart in front of terminals 1 & 2, serves the entire city on the Sea Side, from the airport to Nice Port, in 25 minutes. All stations pass through Fabron, Grosso & Gambetta for the Flowers district, Alsace Lorraine and Jean Médecin for the Musicians, Gold or Masséna districts, the Pin district and finally the Port district.

A connection with line 1 is made at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.

A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.



Taxis: The most direct: They are present at each terminal 1 & 2. 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is an official fixed rate that must be applied + the baggage rate. Make sure to inform yourself well and specify it to the driver; he cannot refuse it. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.



The bus: The shuttle to the airport (bus 98) is both cheap and convenient. It runs every twenty minutes during the day and will drop you off in the city centre, near Nice Thiers Station.



I chose to arrive by train



The tram - The best market: To get to line n°1, exit to the left of the station and go down towards Thiers Avenue until Jean Médecin Avenue (indicated by signage). Trams pass every five minutes and the ticket has a low cost. Line 1 serves the centre and the two northern districts of Nice.

A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.

A connection with Line 2 (Airport / Port) is at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.



Taxis: The most direct: 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is no fixed package. The driver must mandatorily activate his meter before leaving the station. You will only have to pay the fare displayed upon arrival + the luggage rate. Make sure to inquire and specify this to the driver; he cannot refuse it. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.

Do not forget to have the complete address ready to be given to the driver.



I chose to arrive by car



There is always a public car park near your place of residence. The rate is:

It may prove to be more interesting to pay for a week rather than per day for stays longer than 4 days, and so on. Check the rate grid carefully at the parking entrance or go to the security post as soon as you are parked.
