Other than a few issues with the water the house was nice and for the price good

It is really a very nice house. Coffee pot was dirty, few towels, and one had paint on it. Spiders everywhere - including the bed. Shower needed scrubbing. New carpeting and painted recently, but needs much better house cleaning.
