This is a comfortable, small apartment with the best location. Located in a very beautiful and quiet residence in " Ci Angelina". The beach is just across the street. For your convenience, on the first floor of the building, there are a super-market, a few restaurants, bike rentals and tourist center. The apartment is on the 1nd floor. The size of this condo is 30m. Since the apartment is not sea view you have a chance to enjoy the quietness and freshness. As you step out onto the balcony you will be overlooking the beautiful courtyard. The condo is bright and cozy and is perfect for families of 3 people or a romantic stay for a couple, also the condo is furnished for practically and comfort. The living room has two double sofa beds (130cm x 190cm) with a TV and DVD player. In the kitchen there is a stove with an oven a microwave and all the necessary utensils for cooking and eating. The bath room is separated into 2 parts with the bathtub being separated from the toilet as well you will also have a washing machine, iron, ironing board, bed linen, towels, umbrella and a beach mat.
Cagnes-sur-Mer is the perfect town for a fun vacation. The town is famous for its racecourse and the Medieval town of Haut de Cagnes and the Renoir Museum. Cagnes-sur-Mer is ideally located in the heart of the Côte d'Azur between Nice and Antibes, to which you can reach by bus or train which will take 10 minutes.
