It was very noisy - no sound proof walls or doors, so very difficult to sleep. Lots of stairs to the rooms. Did not use the air conditioner so don’t know if it worked. First room I was shown to had not been cleaned but then I was upgraded to a bigger room straight away which was good. Bar fridge was great and access to microwave. I would say it was good value for money, if you are out late and can sleep through noise from neighbours.

The room was clean but it's a little old. Location is great considering it's walkable distance to the train station. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Great service and very nice people.

Hôtel bien situé sur la route de la gare de Nice et proches des transports. La Promenade des Anglais est accessible rapidement à pieds. Pas de buffet de petit déjeuner proposé mais de nombreuses boulangeries permettent de prendre du café et jus à proximité. L'établissement est très bien tenu.

Je vient toujours dans cette hôtel quand je suis de passage à Nice le rapport qualité prix est incroyable et le personnel est tellement agréable et gentil je continuerai de venir ici l’emplacement est parfait à 3 min à pied de la gare du centre ville et pas loin la promenade des anglais j’ivais à pied merci pour tout

Séjour catastrophique. Nous sommes restés deux nuits et l’expérience a été vraiment horrible. Les draps n’étaient clairement pas changés et la couverture était trouée et sale, ce qui est totalement inacceptable pour un hôtel. L’établissement sentait fortement la cigarette, que ce soit dans les couloirs ou dans la chambre. L’accueil a été encore pire. Le monsieur à la réception nous a fait attendre presque une heure en disant qu’il ne trouvait pas notre réservation. Finalement, il l’a retrouvée, mais son attitude a été extrêmement désagréable et arrogante, il nous parlait constamment de haut. Concernant la caution, il nous avait clairement annoncé 100 € au départ. Quand je lui ai rappelé ce qu’il avait dit, il a changé de version et m’a affirmé qu’il n’avait jamais dit ça, sur un ton très agressif, en ajoutant qu’il ne travaillait pas pour moi. Au final, il nous a demandé 200 € de caution. À ce jour, cette caution ne nous a toujours pas été rendue et je dois courir derrière eux pour essayer de la récupérer. Honnêtement, entre le manque d’hygiène, l’odeur de cigarette et l’attitude irrespectueuse du personnel, je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel.

Chambre petite, lavabo qui bouge (support non adapté). Les fils électriques qui apparaissent au niveau de la clim. Pas de serviettes de toilettes ni tapis de sortie de bain. J'ai dû redescendre demander à la réception > serviettes mais pas de tapis : tant pis. Et de nombreuses coupures de courant !
