This apartment is a dream! The location cannot be beat. We were within a 3-4 minute walk of several outstanding restaurants. The beds were very comfortable, and the apartment was spotless. We appreciated the bottle of wine left for us, as well as abstarter supply of coffee. Communication with the property manager was easy, and she responded promptly. We had a nice stay at this apartment and was very conveniently located in Old Town Nice. The pictures are an accurate description of the place and the hosts are very nice and easy to deal with. The only thing to be aware of is the apartment is next to a few bars that are are loud past midnight. They provide earplugs for this and we were able to sleep but would just caution for those with young kids.

The location was perfect for getting to the promenade quick, access to restaurants, etc. The only downfall which other reviews mentioned was the noise. I can be quite loud at night and sometimes until 2am or later. The owner does provide earplugs.
