We would like to welcome you to our newly refurbished flat, located at Le Ducal on the port of Marina Baie des Anges (a listed 20th-century architectural heritage building).
The area is very well served: bus stops to Nice and Cannes, SNCF train station (1km) and airport (7km) are nearby.
The Residence has direct access to the sea, the port and the beaches .... with no roads to cross.
Ideally located on a first floor with lift and facing south, the flat has a lovely terrace with panoramic views over the port and the Mediterranean Sea.
A real "coup de coeur", ideal for a couple or small family.

The flat consists of a SPACIOUS 35m² studio with the following layout:

Sehr schöner Blick auf den Hafen. Aufgeräumter, sauberes Apartment. Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen und Mikrowelle vorhanden. Kleine Küche zeile mit Nespresso-Kapselmaschine, Wasserkocher und Toaster, Kühlschrank mit Eisfach. Für Familien mit Kleinkind Kinderwagen/-karre eher ungeeignet trotz Fahrstuhl.
