Pretty Provencal house in a secure Provençal Residence with swimming pool and caretaker, very quiet and surrounded by greenery, located 2 kms from the seaside.

Ideally located in the heart of the Côte d'Azur, the Residence Cap Azur is close to the picturesque medieval village of Villeneuve Loubet (1.5 kms), not far from the modern neighborhoods of the seaside with its beaches and a nice marina (supermarkets, beach clubs, restaurants, discotheques and a water sports center).

Close to Antibes and its marine park Marineland (5 km), Juan-les-pins famous for its Jazz Festival (12 kms), the old village of Cagnes-Sur-Mer (5 kms) with its Baroque houses and from the Natural Park of Vaugrenier (5 kms).

Nightlife is also extremely developed in this summer region. Nice (16 kms), Cannes (18 kms), and Saint Paul de Vence (5 kms).

Résidence calme

Résidence calme avec piscine très agréable en cette saison de forte chaleur nous avons apprécier la Côte d’Azur et c’est environs Petit conseil penser à apporter des ventilateurs pour les nuits très chaude ! Sinon la maison ne manque de rien :)
