Wonderful apartment (!!!), close to train and beach

We loved this apartment in Nice! It was exactly as advertised, if not even brighter and more charming in person. It was clean and well stocked with towels, complimentary soaps and detergents. We would have loved one more down duvet for the second bed, but otherwise perfect for our week-long stay. The terrace has amazing views of city and landscape and we spent a few hours outside each day having breakfast and enjoying some drinks and bites during the sunset in the evening. There was only quirk of the week which was a lack of clarity around the check-in process. Happy Few's point of contact added new terms & conditions in real time on the listing online, likely prompted by my questioning about being charged a cash-only penalty for "late check-in", a fee that wasn't included on the website until I asked about it (a fee enforced by by their third party property manager, not Happy Few itself). We would have made different travel plans to make our check-in easier and less stressful for both parties if requirements had been communicated from both property management companies (Happy Few as well as the third party) in advance, online. The modest late check-in fee is totally understandable with respect to the lovely check-in woman's time, but the way it was communicated in the end felt unnecessarily sneaky. Otherwise, totally lovely stay. Quirks aside, I would absolutely stay again and recommend to friends looking to enjoy the nearby beach and larger area by train.

Terrasse Rossini

Très bon accueil du gérant immobilier et communication facile avec l'agence. Appartement propre et fonctionnel, très bien situé, tout est facilement accessible à pied ou en transport en commun. La terrasse est agréable, un peu bruyante mais c'est normal puisque l'on est en ville. Une des chambres donne sur une petite court, donc c'est calme. Pour le stationnement de la voiture, toutes les rues aux alentours sont payantes. Il y a aussi 2 parkings payants pas loin de l'appart (La gare ou Mozart). Nous avons passé un bon séjour à Nice.
