Cher Jérome, merci d'avoir pris le temps de laisser un commentaire, les retours de nos clients sont la base de notre travail. Nous regrettons les petits bémols qui vous ont incommodé et nous en excusons, il est vrai que les portes anti- incendies (obligatoires selon la loi française) sont lourdes et claquent forts si on ne les retient pas et qu'on peut entendre des voisins bruyants d'une chambre à l'autre mais au vue de la note que vous nous accordez, nous constatons que vous avez été satisfait dans l'ensemble, satisfait certainement du double vitrage qui vous a permis de ne pas entendre les bruits extérieurs de la ville, satisfait de la situation de l'hôtel, de la propreté, du confort (malgré la taille des chambres qui est bien précisée sur ce site), de l'accueil... Ainsi vos remarques nous encouragent donc a poursuivre nos efforts dans ce sens afin d'améliorer sans cesse la qualité de nos services et de satisfaire nos clients. Cordialement
