L’hôtel n’est pas du tout au niveau d’un hôtel 3 étoiles. Les photos mises en avant ne représentent pas la réalité, l’hôtel manque clairement d’entretien. Les chambres ne sont pas très propres, moquette… climatisation… salle de bain et elles sont assez délabrées. Surtout, l’isolation avec l’extérieur et avec l’intérieur qui donnait au dessus de la réception est inexistante. Je mets 2 étoiles pour la localisation et pour le petit déjeuner qui était correct mais j’ai dormi dans des motels et des auberges qui étaient bien au dessus de cet hôtel.

This hotel is a great location walking distance from the beach & Nice ville train station. The breakfast was fantastic & staff are very friendly. Barbara at reception was especially extra helpful. Highly recommend.

EXCELENTE UBICACIÓN

El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente, próximo a todos los lugares del centro de Niza, muy especialmente a la parte histórica de la ciudad y el mar. Si bien la habitación es relativamente pequeña y cómoda, el baño es lo que nos llama la atención, poco recomendable para personas con dificultades motrices, muy pequeño y mal distribuido. Algo común en los hoteles del nivel 1 a 3 estrellas en Francia.

If you’re thinking about booking this hotel, I would stay away. While the location is very convenient and the staff are nice enough, the accommodations are lacking. Our bathroom smelled strongly of raw sewage - when we brought this up to the staff, they first thought we were ill-informed, but they eventually let us switch rooms… only for the next room to have to same problem. Also, you can hear everything in the hotel - from people talking loudly in the hallway, to people speaking quietly in the neighbouring rooms, to people walking in the rooms above you all all times of the day and night. Our neighbour was also chain-smoking in their room and no one did anything about it so our (new) room then smelled strongly of smoke every day. Our single regret in our vacation to Nice was in picking that hotel and it’s a shame.

The hotel is very small, the elevator is tiny. The walls doesn’t have any type of sound proofing, therefore we had a big problem with the neighbors from the room beside ours. We asked the hotel if we could leave next morning and get a refund since they couldn’t help. Hotel said no, that they were leaving later which didn’t happen. We had to tolerate all the noise for our whole stay which was 3 nights.

It,s old hotel and when our windows faced the street it was very noisy from garbage pickup at night, plus clubs. We were transferred to opposite side, but morning buffet was very limited

This hotel has one thing going for it. The location. Nestled in the heart of Nice, it is accessible to everything within minutes. The rest leaves much to be desired first and foremost, a terrible sense of customer service: instead of taking responsibility for shortcomings they question the client’s version stopping short of calling the complainant a liar— despite being shown pictures as evidence. The room was frankly dirty. There’s also black mold in multiple places on the grout in the bathroom. No toilet paper in the lobby bathroom. Stains on the hallway carpets. And trash under the bed. The walls are so thin you can hear snoring from the next room over. That’s why they leave earplugs on the desk for you. Don’t try to address any of these issues with the staff because they will turn the tables on you and get defensive. There really is no sense of customer service. I wrote to the hotel management and more than a week later have still not received an answer.

At firsr of all staff friendliness was remarkable. Everything the dining the shopping the promanade the trams and airport are so close and walkable..was an excellent choice. On the flip side prooerty needs some update. Room has good AC but the dining area was kind of out or ventillation. Room was noisy all night as it was right next to a busy section of town. Other than that it was worth the money.

Our room was charming and snazzy design. Unexplainable was that the floor sloped. There wasn’t really room to sit straight on the toilet, you kind of had to sit side-saddle. But design, colors, cleanliness were great.
