Si vous cherchez un appartement très fonctionnel et confortable, très bien placé dans l’hyper centre proche de la gare centrale de Nice, de la superbe avenue commerçante Jean Médecin et à quelques minutes à pieds de la plage et de la promenade des Anglais, ne cherchez pas loin c’est bien chez moi qu’il faut réserver.Mon appartement est vraiment l’hébergement 5 étoiles à ne pas manquer, neuf situé au 2eme étage d'un immeuble tout neuf construit en 2021 avec ascenseur, aménagé dans un style Art déco unique très bien équipé et façonné avec des matériaux de qualité pour vous offrir un séjour inoubliable dans notre région. Egalement à votre disposition avec le logement un parking fermé à l'intérieur de la résidence. Je m’engage à vous fournir une prestation de haute qualité qui répond parfaitement à vos besoins et à vos attentes.

This condo was our base camp for spending a few days hopping around French Riviera towns. Dedicated garage was great for parking our rental car. Our host was easy to communicate with and responsive.

The apartment was in an ideal location for access to the railway station, Promenade des Anglais and old Nice. It is a beautiful place with all the facilities we needed (secure parking a bonus). Communication for access and check-in could be improved, we struggled to contact the owner on arrival day and check-in and check out times differed from what Vrbo site said. Once we got there, Julien was excellent and checked in on us during our stay and was easily contactable.

Het viel een beetje tegen

Vriendelijke ontvangst. Auto paste niet in garage. In openbare garage gestaan heel de week die een km verder op was. Eigenaar heeft de kosten betaald daarvan. Een slaapkamer keek uit op smalle vieze binnenruimte. andere slaapkamer geen raam naar buiten. Veel straatlawaai. Vaatwasser lekte. Op de grote slaapkamer deed de plafondverlichting het niet goed. De woonkamer en badkamer waren verder wel in orde. Prima plaats voor wie niet al te hoge eisen stelt, maar wel erg prijzig voor wat je krijgt.

Wij hebben heel mooi vakantie gehad. Appartement was ïn be goed locatie dicht bij Centrum en zee. +- 900 m supermarkt. Appartement was perfect met garage. Aardige mensen. Ik raad iedereen.
