On the 5th and top floor, this pretty 2 room will seduce you with its breathtaking 180° sea view of Villefranche, Beaulieu and Cap Ferrat.

Ideally located between Villefranche and Beaulieu, very well connected by the corniche below, you can go to the nearest beaches in 5 minutes on foot, and amenities in 10 minutes.

Parking in the residence will make parking easy for motorized guests!

The Property
Our property occupies the 5th and highest floor, easily accessible with an elevator, and presents a captivating view. Approximately twenty steps lead to the building entrance.

Nearest beaches: Les marinières Villefranche sur mer (5 min walk), Ants Bay (5min walk)

Close to all amenities. Bus access at the base of the building. 10 min to Beaulieu station.
There are spur spots throughout the buildings, no space is private, you can park in a free location.

The kitchen is fully equipped: gas cooking, oven, toaster, capsule coffee machine, dishwasher.
You won't want for anything to make your own kitchen!

Sleeping arrangements:
-1 Bedroom with 1 King bed
-1 sofa bed in 160cm in living room

The main road on which the apartment is located can be noisy for the most sensitive of you, especially if you leave the windows open! Even if once inside, with air conditioning and double glazing, you are completely insulated.

We provide bed & bath linen, basic necessities, a welcome kit composed of welcome products. The rest is the responsibility of the renter.

Inside the apartment, you will find a QR Code that you can scan to access all the information relating to the accommodation and your stay (Wifi information, use of appliances, restaurants, beaches etc...)!

We can provide a cot with the sheets for €30 per stay.

Other details to note
The neighbors are very quiet and there is nobody above but the road can sometime be noisy when the windows are open so if you want absolute silence, I would recommend not to book in this area.
