Located in a building in the Historic Centre of the Old Town of Nice, this very elegant apartment is air-conditioned, quiet and bright with a lovely sky view from all the windows of the apartment. You will need to access it by stairs to the 4th floor of a traditional building in a historic old town.



This spacious air-conditioned and recently renovated apartment consists of a large living room and its adjoining bedroom, both overlooking a quiet street, ideal for an intrusive stay in Nice life, a few steps from the Rossetti Cathedral and the square of the same name, from Cours Saleya and its market, and from the Promenade des Anglais.



YOUR NEIGHBOURHOOD



Istria is in the heart of the Old Town district, the largest pedestrian zone in Nice, with the charm of shops, cafés and restaurants. The famous Promenade des Anglais is only five minutes walk away, just like the very large main square of Nice, Place Masséna, the heart of Nice's life, and a nerve centre for setting off to discover this magnificent city.



STAY



How not to fall under the charm of this delightful air-conditioned place. The two-seater sofa and its armchair will welcome you to relax while discovering a good book, or observe the world on your tablet. Two windows bring it all the desired brightness.



COOKING



The modern and perfectly equipped kitchen. It has four hobs, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, washing machine and dishwasher. There is also a wide range of kitchen utensils. The round table near the window for four people will allow you to have your daily meals there. But a multitude of restaurants very close to you will welcome you to enjoy a wide range of world cuisine.



BEDROOM



The deliciously decorated room, carefully arranged, is fitted with a large double bed, two bedside tables with lamps and a large wardrobe. The room is lit by a double-glazed window with shutters. You will sleep there calmly and coolly



BATHROOM



The bathroom is new and fully tiled. It has a walk-in shower, a washbasin with furniture and a large mirror.

How to get to my accommodation in Nice upon arrival



I chose to arrive by air



Upon arriving at the airport, a wide range of transport options are available to you to get to your apartment:



The tram - The best market: Line 2 will depart in front of terminals 1 & 2, serves the entire city on the Sea Side, from the airport to Nice Port, in 25 minutes. All stations pass through Fabron, Grosso & Gambetta for the Flowers district, Alsace Lorraine and Jean Médecin for the Musicians, Gold or Masséna districts, the Pin district and finally the Port district.

A connection with line 1 is made at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.

A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.



Taxis: The most direct: They are present at each terminal 1 & 2. 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is an official fixed rate that must be applied + the baggage rate. Make sure to inform yourself well and specify it to the driver; he cannot refuse it. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.



The bus: The shuttle to the airport (bus 98) is both cheap and convenient. It runs every twenty minutes during the day and will drop you off in the city centre, near Nice Thiers Station.



I chose to arrive by train



The tram - The best market: To get to line n°1, exit to the left of the station and go down towards Thiers Avenue until Jean Médecin Avenue (indicated by signage). Trams pass every five minutes and the ticket has a low cost. Line 1 serves the centre and the two northern districts of Nice.

A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.

A connection with Line 2 (Airport / Port) is at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.



Taxis: The most direct: 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is no fixed package. The driver must mandatorily activate his meter before leaving the station. You will only have to pay the fare displayed upon arrival + the luggage rate. Make sure to inquire and specify this to the driver; he cannot refuse it. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.

Do not forget to have the complete address ready to be given to the driver.



I chose to arrive by car



There is always a public car park near your place of residence. The rate is:



• On time

• Per 24-hour day

• Per week

• Per month



It may prove to be more interesting to pay for a week rather than per day for stays longer than 4 days, and so on. Check the rate grid carefully at the parking entrance or go to the security post as soon as you are parked.
