Incredible sea view overlooking one of the most beautiful bays in the world. Villefranche-sur-Mer and its 16th century Citadel, a historic monument, offer an exceptional and unexpected setting. You will also discover the old town with the Rue du Poilu. The tourist office organises numerous events throughout the year.



On the inside, it consists of a separate fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining room with 1 double sofa bed, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed (140 cm) each, 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and toilet and the other with a shower and toilet, and a separate toilet.



Magnificent 110 square metre sunny roof terrace with superb panoramic sea view! Equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers, you can enjoy your holidays. Access to the terrace via a spiral staircase.

The apartment has a stunning view over the whole bay of Villefranche-sur-Mer including Cap Ferrat. When the sun is shining, the rooftop-terrace is a wonderful place to be. The apartment specially its bathrooms need a renovation. We missed a hair-dryer.

Property was very nice with excellent views, will definitely stay here again. However, here are some negatives (minor, but should mention so the next guest can benefit): 1. Location is NOT convenient for public transportation. I knew this and did not have a problem because I had a rental car 2. Checkin process can be done better. Until 2 days before checkin I thought I had to pickup keys from the office in Nice - Jean Medicin, which is very inconvenient to get to with a car from the airport. However, 2 days before checkin I find out that the keys need to be picked up from their Villefranche office. That location is much better for car. I would have liked to know this fact well in advance. Overall, this worked out better for me 3. Printed checkin instructions were confusing and some were inaccurate - the property caretaker has changed and his contact number, garage entry code has changed, garage was difficult to find based on the printed instructions, swimming pool keys have changed. I happened to run into the property caretaker by chance when I arrived and he helped me with everything, otherwise I would have had a tough time But again, these are just minor dings. Overall, we LOVED our stay here and will stay again if we come to Nice, France.

Logement agréable et spacieux, terrasses somptueuses. Situation géographique proche (600m environ) du col de Villefranche avec de nombreux commerces (super marché, boucherie-traiteur, boulangerie, etc), proximité de l'accès aux bus vers Nice, Beaulieu, Monaco, etc pour se passer de la voiture. Veiller à demander aux locataires de déclarer le matériel tombé en panne durant leur séjour, en leur expliquant que leur caution ne sera pas retenue: éclairage, petit électroménager, lave vaisselle défectueux. Cela éviterait de mauvaises surprises pour les locataires suivants !

Great view & apartment, but…

We have stayed 8 days and we looked very forward for our stay since it was so uncomplicated to book and a great & easy communication. When we arrived, we could even check in 2 hours earlier! Thanks a lot for that. When I entered, I needed to admit that I was a bit shocked about the condition and the cleanness of the Apartment! We did not really felt comfortable or welcomed! I hope that our complaints helped that the owner renovate a bit and repairs broken things. The most important: the housekeeping gets a view days to clean up the apartment since it is not done in a few hours! BUT, the view from ALL rooms was amazing!

Un véritable appartement de vacances ultra agréable

- la vue époustouflante dont on ne se lasse jamais et quel que soit le moment de la journée - la piscine de la résidence bien agréable - le roof top, génial, - la disposition de l'appartement avec les salles de bain attenantes aux chambres de belles tailles - le calme - le tout compris (linge de lit, serviettes...) - il n'y a pas de lumière sur le balcon et sur le roof top ce qui n'est pas du tout pratique lorsqu'on y dine le soir ou qu'on veut jouer ou autre et que la nuit est tombée - manque un grand plateau pour justement tout transporter (boissons, nécessaire pour manger...) lorsqu'on utilise le roof top - manque un livret explicatif pour les équipements, notamment pour la TV. Nous ne l'avons pas utilisé mais ce pourrait être intéressant.

Bel appartement confortable dans résidence agréable. Accueil particulièrement efficace et chaleureux à l'agence de Nice. (Un grand merci à Sandrine qui nous a gentiment prêté sa cafetière personnelle). Région magnifique.
