It has two entrance doors: one on the promenade, the other on the back on rue de la Californie. From the latter it is possible to reach the market like Carrefour at no more than mt. 400.
For those who do not want to enjoy the promenade on the waterfront, 20 meters from the entrance door is the bus stop for Piazza Massena.
The apartment consists of n ° 2 bedrooms: n ° 1 double bed with cm160 bed with balcony on the Promenade and the other, with window, consisting of two single beds which on occasion can be transformed into 3 places Bed (one double bed and one single bed). In the living room, which also overlooks the Promenade, there is a two-seater sofa bed. Each room has its own wardrobe and is equipped with TV. The bathroom, with window, is equipped with bidet, toilet, shower cm 90 x 70 cm and wash basin.
