I'm listing my apartment on VRBO for the first time! I'm a Superhost on other platforms and excited to welcome new VRBO travelers! Air-conditioned 2 bedrooms lovely and spacious 65 m2 apartment, with 4 sleeps, in Villeneuve-Loubet, ideally located between Nice and Antibes, at 200 m from the medieval village and bus stops, at 2 km from the beaches and the shopping mall Shopping Promenade, 3 km from the train station and 10 km from the airport. Non-smoking apartment, in a green and secure residence, with elevator and private parking in the building, fully equipped, through-view, bright, facing the river. It has a high-speed internet connection and a large desk, well adapted for remote working, Numerous leisure parks and plenty of activities for adults and children nearby. Towels and bed linen are provided. A high chair and a baby bed can be provided for free, if requested.
