Located on the 5th floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a lovely bedroom and a bathroom (with bath). The flat is ideally located in the Vieux Nice district, one of the most emblematic and picturesque areas of the Côte d'Azur.
