appartement

l'annonce présente des photos neuves de l'appartement alors que ce n'est pas la réalité (publicité mensongère) - appartement vieux et pas agréable. La cuisine toute petite avec des fourmis durant toute la semaine. L'appartement doit impérativement être rénové car il sent le vieux et la poussière. Les bouches d'aération ne sont pas nettoyées - la baignoire est bouchée et le bord moisi. La chasse des WC est hyper bruyante et se bloque donc l'eau coule. Les rideaux sont plus que défraîchis et pas possible de les déplacer sur le rail = bloqués. Le store de la pièce annexe (qui soit disant est une chambre) est défectueux donc reste fermé ou ouvert pas possible à demi ouvert + la manette déroule très rapidement si on ne la tient pas = dangereux. Appartement loué beaucoup trop cher pour sa qualité. Seule la piscine et le contexte de résidence fermée est très confortable.
