Embrace the luxury of being next to the exclusive Passable Beach club&restaurant. This is a very exclusive waterfront living in St Jean Cap Ferrat, the most expensive and prestigious location with beauty of natural environment, stunning views offering an unparalleled retreat.
The space
The beach is exclusive to residents of the building and not open to the public. Additionally, the building provides amenities like a volleyball court, outdoor shower, ping pong table, and swings. There is resident's parking on the premises and a stunning coastal trail next to the building which must not be missed. We have 3 paddle boards available on request if you are interested in water activities.
The apartment features 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 full-size bathrooms, with full-size queen beds (160 cm) in each room . Each bedroom includes a 55-inch wall-mounted TV and closets.
The living room boasts a large and modern couch centered around a 75-inch TV. Additionally, there's a beautiful patio offering a 180-degree view of the bay. The apartment is equipped with a separate washing machine, dryer and dishwasher.
