This hotel is in a great spot - handy for shops, bars, restaurants and old Nice. It's a family run hotel, with 4 rooms on one floor of a building. If you're looking for something a bit quirky, this might be for you. One of the curtains isn't quite big enough for one of the windows, the shower is basically in the bedroom, and one day we were left a lemon scented hand wipe in error in place of a tea bag! The person who runs it lives on site and is lovely and very attentive. The room (room 3) was small but clean, nicely furnished/decorated and well-equipped. The balcony was also lovely to have. Be warned it's on the third floor (three flights of stairs) of an old building with no lift! There's also a bit of noise at night from the bars on the next street - so something to be mindful of if you have children. It wasn't an issue for us.

Benjy at the front desk was more interested in listening to his music and playing computer games than assisting us...he was terrible...the room was a box and the ac didn’t work until we were walking out the door on our last day...don’t EVER stay here !

Not going back!!

Location was great, room was small but fine, but the service was terrible! My partner and I waited 25 minutes to check out and no one was there. We ended up going for breakfast and when we returned back the staff still wasn't there. We knocked on room 1 where he was staying and he came our wearing his sweatpants and extremely inappropriately had an erection.. Disgusted we handed him the key card and rushed out... we could also smell God knows what, during the whole weekend too as he was staying in room 1... extremely disgusting! We will not go back here although location was good and the cleaning staff was friendly.

Nice little place just outside of Vieux Nice. Easy walk to beach and Old Town. Staff was very kind and always available to help. I had read from other reviews that we would need a code to enter from the street, so I emailed and received prompt reply with code prior to our arrival. Room was small but not too cramped. Bathroom was nice. AC worked great. We would stay here again.

Description said no lift - but that there were only 9 rooms (assume 2 floors at best). However there are 5 flights of stairs to go up to get to the lobby and rooms. This was very hard for us as seniors. Staff assisted a bit with luggage. Amenities lacking. They had mugs and a pot for hot water but no coffee or tea bags. Only got 2 small towels that were just bigger than a hand towel. Staff was helpful and tried hard to please.

Ett mycket bra, centralt läge nära Place Masena, promenaden och bussar. I det närmaste obefintlig service på hotellet. Den frukost som skulle kunna erbjudas mot betalning fanns inte. Rummet var litet och trångt dock med ett fint, nyrenoverat badrum. Städningen var bra. Sammanfattningsvis var den lilla balkongen var vår räddning kvällstid.

Loistava sijainti, siisti alue. Rauhallista,vaikka onkin keskeisellä paikalla. Toki viikonloppuna läheisen puiston musiikkitapahtuma kuului puolille öin asti,mutta se vain loi hyvää tunnelmaa. Remontoitu vessa/kylppäri. Parveke oli pieni, mutta hyvin mahtui fiilistelemään. Hyvä sänky. Henk.kunta oikein avuliasta. Huone oli vähän tunkkainen. Lattiasta puuttui palasia,tuolien kankaissa oli kulumaa.

Budget hotel with the extra touch

It’s a budget hotel, a lot of stairs from the entrance. We arrived at the railway station and soon discovered that the direct route with google was a challenge with suitcases so on the way back went near the tram line. Cheery greeting and helpful staff, room 2 had a small balcony and the room had everything we needed. The nice touches included wine glasses appearing after the staff noticed we’d got a bottle of wine and an extra suitcase stand. Near the seafront and plenty of places to eat, just don’t expect a quiet night! Good value.

Ingen elevator. Ingen tilstede i reception ved ankomst (formiddag) ej heller på deres telefon. Kommer tilfældigt ind, da anden gæst skal op på 3. sal til hotelværelserne. Badeværelse meget lille, kan være svært at komme på toilettet, hvis man har medium/lange ben pga manglende plads. Meget imødekommende rengøringsdame.

Autentisk ophold i Nice

Hvis du ikke lige rammer den korte receptions tid skal du ringe til hotellet. Når det er gjort får du instruktion på SMS. Meget udførlig. Hyggeligt petit hotel der deler opgang med de "indfødte:)". Inden for 10-15 minutter kan du gå til det meste af hvad du vil opleve i Nice. Værelset var rent og pænt. Der var relativt stille trods den meget centrale beliggenhed. Et ophold værd.
