Appartement bien situé, bien équipée.Des odeurs désagréables d'égout dans la salle de bain et dans les wc.Un parking au second sous sol très étroit dans un endroit très sale, avec des marres d'eau.Il serait nécessaire de modifier l'annonce en donnant les dimensions maximums de la voiture qui peut être stationnée dans le parking.
