Always greeted by very kind and helpful staff. The location was perfect, quite central but still a short 10 minute walk from the beach. The property itself, though a little older, was well maintained and very clean. The double room was the perfect size for two people looking for a lovely stay in Nice :)

Un palace sans l accueil ni la politesse a fuir Le service client est une notion totalement étrangère a cet hôtel .l expérience a été désastreuse des la première seconde.Trouver la porte d un hôtel close a l arrivée déjà un signal d alarme ,mais le pire l attitude du réceptionniste.Apres avoir sonne ,nous avons été accueillis par un individu qui ne connait pas manifestement les règles de base de la politesse.Pas de < Bonjour > juste un c est pour quoi . agressif et suspicieux.En annonçant notre réservation,nous avons eu droit a un exaspéré comme si nous le forcions a travaillér .Que l hôtel soit complet n excuse en rien un tel mépris pour les clients si l hospitalisé vous pèse a ce point ,changez de métier .Le départ a été a la hauteur du reste .Ce même monsieur nous a littéralement intercepté dans le couloir pour nous arracher les clés des mains avant même que nous n atteignons le comptoir.Pas un mot ,pas une question sur le séjour,aucune formule de politesse.On a clairement eu le sentiment de le par notre simple existence Un conseil Passez votre chemin,Nice regorge d hôtels ou l.on traite les voyageurs avec respect.
