This single-story villa offers total privacy with no neighbors above or below—a true independent gem. Located within a secure residence, you will have access to a swimming pool and tennis courts.

A Peaceful Retreat

This property is a cozy sanctuary designed for rest. It features a spacious garden with 2 sun loungers and everything you need for an enjoyable stay:

Sports & Leisure: 2 tennis rackets + 3 balls, 2 beach mats + a mini sun umbrella.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: Cutlery, dishes, microwave/oven, and a large dishwasher.

Convenience: Washing machine.

Guests have full access to the entire villa as well as the residence's shared facilities (Pool and Tennis).

Check-in & Hosting

Key handover usually takes place on-site. I will contact you one week before your arrival to coordinate the details. As I live in Nice, I am always nearby should you need any assistance during your stay.

Nestled in the Mont-Boron forest park, a unique and prestigious area of Nice, this "mini-villa" overlooks the stunning Bay of Villefranche-sur-Mer. The view is breathtaking, stretching all the way to the Italian coast.

Shopping: Supermarkets are just a stone's throw away (Grand Carrefour Mont-Boron and a local grocery store at Col-de-Villefranche).

Transport: I highly recommend bringing a car to fully explore the area—from the heart of Nice to the spectacular coastline and beaches between Nice and Monaco.

As a guest of this villa, you'll find an outdoor pool, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
