Located in La Gaude (06610), in the countryside between the sea and mountains in the Alpes-Maritimes, "Le Mas des Lucioles la gaude" is a large house with four independent apartments (two on the garden level and two upstairs), all fully equipped, plus a fully equipped outdoor common room.
Ideal for sports groups, large families of different generations, corporate seminars (video projector and screen available upon request), and groups of friends.

- Are we alone on the property?
Yes, regardless of the number of rooms booked, the property is exclusively yours. If you require fewer than eight rooms, we will close the other apartments to ensure your exclusive use of the property.
- How many people can we accommodate? We can provide 1 to 4 completely independent accommodations (1 to 8 double bedrooms or 2 to 16 single beds as an option) in the same house, as well as a fully equipped common room. A fifth accommodation with 2 double bedrooms or 4 single beds is available as an option upon request (to be discussed after booking).
- Can we have single beds?
Base price for 8 double beds. We can prepare 2 to 16 single beds as an option. Contact us after booking.
- Can we use the projection equipment for company seminars, for example?
Yes, we can provide a video projector as an option (if you don't want to bring your own), and a projection screen (free of charge) is available in the common room.
- Do you provide linens and bed making?
Yes. Beds will be made up for your arrival with "Excellence" disposable linens. As an optional extra, we provide: "traditional washable" sheets instead of disposable sheets (contact us).
Do you provide bath towels?: Towel sets (1 bath towel + 1 hand towel + 1 washcloth) are available for rent as an option. (contact us)
- Can you change the sheets during our stay?

- Do you provide a barbecue?
Yes, upon request, as an option, we can set up a "giant" barbecue with gas provided for your arrival.
- Why do we ask you to contact us after booking through Abritel, and to receive and accept our house rules before confirming your booking?:
Because some malicious individuals make requests that are completely unrelated to what we offer (number of people not respected, plans for parties, etc.).- Are you flexible with arrival and departure times?
Yes (we live next door). Upon request, we welcome guests at any time from 5:00 PM (earlier when possible) for arrivals, but for our cleaning schedule, the latest departure time must be respected. Only upon request and with our agreement, we may be able to advance the arrival time and/or advance or postpone the departure time (without any obligation on our part). For weekend stays (2 nights), check-in is from 5:00 PM and check-out is around 5:00 PM (other times are possible upon request).
- Do you personally greet guests?
Yes, we always greet guests for key handover and the inventory check, which we complete together.
- Can we contact you by phone before booking?
We are sorry, but many people ask us for phone contact for more information, but unfortunately, the Abritel website prevents us from communicating with you, and it is not possible for us to see your phone number through this site until you have booked. After booking, we can provide you with all the information you need, and you can always cancel if it doesn't suit you.
- What is our strength and what sets us apart from other rentals? Unlike houses with multiple bedrooms where bathrooms and kitchens are shared, at "Mas des Lucioles la Gaude" you can choose to be together in the 65 m² common room with its kitchen, TV, projection screen, etc., or enjoy complete independence with your family in one of the fully equipped apartments in the same house.
- Furthermore, you are all in the same place, saving on travel costs, which is significant these days given fuel prices. You can also stay in control of your budget by cooking on-site.
- Can we have a party with music?: No, this is a quiet rental; no musical or dancing parties.
- Can we have a birthday or other festive event during the day? :
No obligation to contact us, and we will discuss this further depending on the organization of your event.

- Can we have more photos and details?:
Yes, please request them after booking and we will send you attachments with all the details of the accommodation (feel free to ask).
- Is the pool secure and maintained by the owner?:
Yes. Access to the pool is through a security gate, and there is also an alarm installed by the pool. The railings are at the required height. We regularly clean the pool in the morning.
- Can we invite people outside the rental and exceed the maximum number of people allowed (excluding babies)?
No, we're sorry, but you must respect the maximum number of people (as stated in the contract) unless you have the owner's permission.
- Do you offer any additional services? Yes, it is possible to arrange optional services such as breakfast, meals, and cleaning, subject to our availability. We can also arrange outings with our personal minibus and driver, etc.
- Do you accept pets?
No, we are sorry, but for hygiene reasons (some people have allergies), we cannot accept pets.
- Where can we gather for meals?
To gather around the table (in addition to the four fully equipped kitchens, one in each unit), you have a common room of approximately 65 m² with a kitchen (equipped with a refrigerator, sink, oven, stovetop, two dishwashers, TV, video projector, projection screen (on request), microwave, kettle, etc.).
- Can you recommend a caterer?
Yes, we can provide you with the contact information for two local caterers who regularly cater at our property.
How many vehicles can be parked?
You can park the vehicles... Along the property line, on the driveway and/or at most 50 meters away (maximum 4 vehicles).
