DALPOZZO GRANDE is a spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment ideally located in the city center a few meters from the Promenade des Anglais.

The living room consists of two large windows, a comfortable sofa and an armchair, a TV and a dining table that seats 6 people.



KITCHEN:

The rounded, original kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a freezer, an oven, a microwave, a kettle and a Senseo coffee machine.

It has a bar and two high stools.



BATHROOM 1:

The bathroom 1 has a nice shower, toilet, a towel holder and a hairdryer.



BATHROOM 2:

The bathroom 2 also includes a shower, toilet, towel holder and a hairdryer.



BEDROOM 1 :

Bedroom 1 overlooking courtyard contains a double bed, a fan and a large closet.



BEDROOM 2:

Bedroom 2 overlooking the courtyard also has a double bed, a fan and a large closet.



BEDROOM 3:

Bedroom 3 overlooking greenery includes a bunk bed and a closet.



You will find the washing machine in a small airlock between the two bathrooms.



Heating: Heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.

So glad we stayed here

Check in process was smooth. We stopped by the office to pick up the keys on our way to the property, they gave us a extra set of keys as requested. Beautiful and quite building, grateful for the free lift up to the room. Great location with market across the street and short walking distance to everything. Very roomy for adult family of 3. The only downside was being charged for cleaning fees by both VRBO and host company, besides that wonderful stay.

Great Location and well equipped

Lovely property 7 mins walk from the promenade and the beach. Grocery store and bakery right next door. Would definitely stay here again.

Only TWO good things about this apartment – location and size. Everything else is absolutely horrid. WiFi only works in the living/dining room area. Ceiling air conditioning unit only covers the living/dining room area. Awfully loud neighbors upstairs who screamed all the time and moved furniture all day and all night long. No paper towel in the kitchen. You would have to buy your own. In the bedrooms you will find the cheapest ikea beds with extremely uncomfortable mattresses. They were so hard, it was like sleeping on the floor. They were so obsessed about guests not clogging the toilet while the toilets barely flushed. The worst part is the concierge company Nestor & Jeeves that manages the apartment. I booked this apartment on Expedia; thinking that I would only have to deal with Expedia. But no. Nestor&Jeeves has an awful app that never worked for me. They claim that they’re available 24/7, but they responded to our emails with a long delay or never responded at all. Few days before our arrival, I checked their website and saw the message “We would like to inform you that a neighboring apartment is currently undergoing renovation work. This may cause noise pollution. As a result, the price of the apartment has been adjusted to compensate for any possible nuisance.” Needless to say that they failed to inform us of that and our price was NEVER adjusted.

Lejligheden lå et rigtig godt sted, meget tæt på alt .... indkøb, seværdigheder, strand og spisesteder. Lejligheden var rummelig og et plus at den havde 2 badeværelser. Den havde også to små altaner, hvor man kunne stille en stol ud og sidde og nyde solen. Supermarked lige på den anden side af gaden. Dejligt køkken med både opvaskemaskine, køleskab, fryser og lille ovn. Der manglede dog lidt paletter og gode skære knive. På minus siden trængte den virkelig til nyt inventar. Sengene var meget hårde. Sofa og lænestol i stuen var meget slidte, uhygiejniske, - der var lagt et pynte tæppe over begge dele, men det var lige så uhygiejnisk. På det ene badeværelse var wc brættet alt for lille og der var skimmelsvamp i loftet.

To hot - no aircondition

Very good location near beach, shops and centrum. To litle water in shower, bad smell in kitchen and bathroom. No aircondition and only 2 bad electric fans. We had to buy a fan, which we left in the appartment. It was ok, thank you for our stay.
