Convenient but not warm or personal:

The write up is misleading. The Conciege office is not a 9 minute walk from the tram, more like 15 minute. The use of “personal products” to describe the things that a guest must provide is inaccurate. I do not think that trash bag liners, toilet tissue, and paper towels to clean with are personal products. Towels were abundant but very thin, carpets non-existent. With a little more attention to details it could have had a much higher rating. Location was very good. Michèle J
