This pleasant apartment offers all the necessary comfort for a relaxing stay. It is located in a modern building and has the advantage of being quiet.
The large bay window of the living room gives you a pleasant impression of domination on the street. You will feel comfortable to relax in its comfortable sofas.
Air conditioning and free WIFI connection are provided.
The neighborhood is very nice, it is the district of the Musicians. You will be located within walking distance of the Promenade des Anglais where you will find its beaches, the sea and its famous casinos. The main shopping avenue Jean Médecin is a 4-minute drive away, including the Nice Star shopping center with 120 shops.

The impressive living room includes 2 sofas and a coffee table to enjoy a good aperitif, a flat screen TV and a dining table for your meals.

The independent kitchen is fully equipped, it has a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, a toaster and a coffee maker.
