Welcome to MASSENA LOUNGE, a beautiful air-conditioned apartment with two bedrooms. It is located in the very heart of Nice, on the pedestrian zone, right at the foot of the famous Place Massena. Its location is ideal for exploring the city: all major tourist attractions are within a 5-minute walk or less.



The apartment features a contemporary design. The layout follows an open-plan concept, with no interior doors separating the living spaces (except for the bathroom). This creates a warm, social atmosphere, but may not be suitable for guests seeking full privacy between rooms.



You’ll enjoy the natural brightness of the south-facing living room, as well as the spacious corner bathtub perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.



Please note: the second bedroom is located on a mezzanine level, accessible via stairs. The apartment is therefore not recommended for young children.

Nice location

If you stay at this apartment be aware that the key pick up is only 8 minutes away. Positives: location, kitchen appliances, a/c, bed, spacious bathroom, quiet, many food stores & restaurants nearby, iron/board, elevator. Negatives: take shower in tub, w/d difficult to comprehend, roaches in kitchen and bath, 1.5 rolls of TP for 2 people for 5 days (N&J not sympathetic), 3 separate locks on front door(not reassuring, but no incidents) 1 slide bolt on bathroom door (interior).

Beware: VRBO property overcharged our Mastercard and only provided us a partial reimbursement. They agreed there seemed to be an additional overcharge and escalated the issue. They then discontinued the email site with no further communication with us!

Staying at 2 Rue Massena

Great place to stay in Nice. Beautiful apartment with all household items and appliances needed for a comfortable stay. Very attractive décor. Can be somewhat noisy at various times of day and evening as musicians often perform in Place Massena. This is especially true during Carnaval de Nice in February. Note: Access to Netflix requires that you disconnect one of the available profiles and connect to your account. This was not explained in the material provided.

Great location!

Such a great location in Nice and the apartment has a great layout and nice furnishings. We had issues getting the keys at check in as we arrived at the office after 7:00pm but eventually someone met us at the apartment, thankfully my daughter’s phone was working. For the three of us family it was fine but there were no bedroom doors. The elaborately illustrated instructions were incorrect for both the A/C, stovetop, and washing machine but with help we figured them out. The apartment was clean and quiet even with the living room being right on the pedestrian through way. The building was clean,safe, and the neighbours friendly. We would stay here again.

Sehr schöne moderne Ferienwohnung

Tolle Unterkunft zu dritt (19 und 2 mal ü50), mitten im Zentrum, alles super zu erreichen, sehr gut ausgestattet Allerdings hatte das separate Zimmer (Schlafzimmer) keine Tür, das ist ungünstig, und ein Kleiderschrank fehlte. Die Stange am Fenster reicht aber für die leichten Kleider aus und eine Kommode gab es. Ansonsten hat es uns super dort gefallen. Danke!
