the lady in the receptionist desk is nice and friendly. room are just okay. Saturday night was so noisy. Be careful they charge you before you enter the hotel for safety guaranty even if you choose pay at the property, moreover they not explain or answer any email or call. they will just give the answer when you reach the hotel. other good things is great location and and easy access to restaurant and the centre.

Loved the location 20 mins from beach and 5. Mins from train and tram. Basic rooms beds comfy but pillows a bit small. Bathroom didn’t have a toilet seat and the shower was clogged so flooded if left on for too long. Overall ok for a couple nights if you don’t plan on using the room much.

The reception was closed at 6 pm there no phone in the rooms we where lucky that we had showerdls but some rooms don't you need to used shared showers no elevator luggage can be annoying and I asked for no room services because I had my money and important documents arround as the receptionist agreed but still room service still came. Horrible hotel but amazing location.

Waste money - Hotels.com doesn't know anything?

Worst experience ever. It is smallest room ever seen. Except one double bed you can only stand and the bathroom filthy/dirty. No door in bathroom shower cabin and water comes on the floor. Electric shocks felt many times during bath. No shower gel only towels provided. Walls and floor were broken from many places. Electric board was open, attracting accident. No Lift and room was at 3rd floor. No assistance. I took my luggage with my infant upto the room. No customer support. No window only one which should not be opened. Locality is not secure. Waste money. I could give some more in another hotel to get at least basic amenities.

This was the worst hotel experience I had so far, if you want to ruin your trip to Nice then go here, yes the price is attractive but you would be better if you paid a bit more money somewhere else. This is my first hotel review ever and I had to leave it because it was that bad.

Really do not recommend!

Would not recommend this place, pay an extra fiver and stay anywhere else, if this is not in your budget, you are better off staying in the airport. Room was dirty, dark and depressing. Woke up covered in mosquito and bed bites. My pillow smelt awful and so had to wrap it in a towel. Floor was sticky and broken, noisy people next door. Walls covered in squished mosquitos. Couldn’t sit down on the toilet with the door shut as there was not enough room for your legs. Most importantly there was mould on the walls and the whole room felt damp. Check in was good only because it was through the friendly best western hotel next door as we checked in late. It is close to the train station which is also the only plus side to this place.

Cheap but flawed option near station

Cheap and overall acceptable option near the station and walkable to the old town. Comfortable bed, but broken tiles, broken cupboard, missing toilet seat ans bathfoom so small that i couls not sit on the loo with the door closed.

Very basic. Rooms do not look like photos. Breakfast was just roll, croissant, jam,juice, coffee. Shower/toilet very small. Wardrobe was a hole in the wall. Good location and receptionist pleasant as we asked to change room .

1. The common area, where the microwave oven is located, can be closed as early as noon time but opens only after 07:30. 2. The room is VERY DIRTY, the floor had never been mopped during my stay. 3. Each floor has two bathrooms, but it seems that one of them is always closed for use, and the other one does not open 24 hours. In the only-bathroom of my floor, it closes at 10:00 pm and re-open until 6:00 am. Because in my first night of stay I came back after 10:00 pm, I missed the shower of that night, then when I tried to shower in the next day, there was no hot water! Therefore I would definitely not recommend this hostel to others.

Unpleasant Art Hotel

The bathroom has mould growing. The bathroom is locked from 9 p m until at least 8 a m. There are no staff available. It is French law that men and women who don't know one another may not share a room This hotel is illegal. I have mobility problems. I had a first floor room to start with and was moved to floor ,3. No help was given with luggage.

We stayed in a private double room that was small but fine size wise. So first of all, the shower does NOT have a curtain. Good location, good price, but it was really run down. Also, when I tried to call them during my stay the phone line said it was disconnected. The key situation is very difficult, we had to spend time learning how to lock and unlock our door, so make sure you practice before you leave your room. Our window didn't work, and the walls are very thin and you can hear literally everything happening in the hotel. The lady at the front desk was helpful, we had clean beds and towels, and we were able to store our bags at the Best Western next door (which I recommend you stay at instead of this hotel/hostel/whatever) before our flight out, so our stay was fine, but I would not stay here again.

It's not worth paying at this rate, so expensive. I will be more careful next time looking for a hotel suitable to my needs. They are in a busy area and they work only 8-4pm. I don't know how they are going to survive.

Art hotel hostel in nice

This is amazingly over priced for standards which weren't even fit for the most basic of youth hostels. Along with unfriendly clearly disorganised staff I wouldn't recommend this fleapit to anyone. a shame because the location and neighbourhood is interesting.
