This 56 square metre, two bedroom flat is located right where you want to be - in the old town and only minutes from the beach.
With two balconies overlooking a beautiful central Nice park, this flat is an ideal place to relax after a long day exploring.
The owners have decorated this flat with artwork from their own collection of antiques, adding a sense of authenticity to this holiday home.
Accommodation:
This recently renovated (autumn 2022), modern and exceptionally tastefully decorated two-bedroom, 56 square metre flat is perfect for holidays for up to four people.
The flat is on the third floor without lift in a very quiet building.
There are two bedrooms, each with its own shower room (sinks and showers). One of the bedrooms leads to a separate balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or tea.
A spacious living room with dining area and dining table.
A fully equipped open-plan kitchen is the perfect place to spend time relaxing together. It opens onto a magnificent balcony overlooking Nice's most beautiful park (‘la coulée verte’).
There is also a separate toilet in the flat.
Traveller access
Travellers have a comfortable Queen Size bed (160x200cm) in both bedrooms.
Each room has an en suite shower room.
Bed linen and towels are always provided free of charge.
In the living room there is :
- a Smart TV (you can connect to your Netflix or Amazon Prime account),
- a large sofa
- dining table for four.
The open-plan kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal.
There is air conditioning throughout the flat to keep the flat cool on hot summer days.
The location of the flat allows you to do everything on foot, 2 minutes from the sea and its famous Cours Saleya and Place Massena and Nice centre.

All surfaces have been disinfected (handles, remote controls, furniture, hoovers, switches, handrails, household appliances, keys, bins, etc.).
Our maintenance team is equipped with masks and gloves.
All linen and textiles are washed at 60° and installed after complete disinfection of the flat: sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats, etc.
We leave a period of time between each reservation to air out the flat.
when handing over the keys, you will be required to comply with the barrier procedures: washing your hands, wearing a mask, a minimum distance of 1 metre between us, transparent Plexiglas windows for calm communication.
For your peace of mind: we will give you a tube of hydoalcoholic gel and we will provide you with new washable masks so that you can reuse them if you wish.
When you leave:
You can leave your keys in the flat or in the letterbox.
(We would simply ask you to leave all the windows open when you leave to allow the air to circulate and to slam the flat door behind you).
