Our August stay in Nice was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we arrived, Pauline made us feel completely at home. Her warm professionalism, thoughtful touches, and quick, clear communication were the icing on top of a truly memorable family vacation.The property itself exceeded every expectation — spotless, beautifully maintained, well-equipped, and perfectly located. Comfortable beds, excellent showers, efficient air-conditioning (a must in August), and a fully stocked kitchen made it easy to relax and enjoy family time. After just a few days, we loved the place so much we even found ourselves considering making an offer to buy it!The location was ideal — steps from great cafés, bakeries, and restaurants, with easy access to the seaside and transport for exploring the Riviera. Pauline’s local recommendations were spot-on and really enhanced our experience.What stood out most was Pauline herself. She went above and beyond in every detail and was genuinely invested in making sure our holiday was special. We truly loved every bit of our stay, and Pauline’s warmth and attentiveness made it all the more unforgettable.Thank you, Pauline, for being such an amazing host. The villa is set overlooking the city of Nice and the views across the Mediterranean take your breath away! The host was very friendly and helpful (thank you, Pauline ) and very quick to respond to queries. Travelling to anywhere in the local area is very easy as the property is on an excellent bus route which takes you to trams and the main train station in Nice so we were able to explore easily without having to drive. A day in Monaco and even a hop over the border to Italy were very easy to enjoy and the travel is not expensive. The villa itself was incredibly well equipped with everything you could need. It was spacious and light and airy. Sitting outside looking at the view in the evenings is what this villa is all about, though. The addition of the pool is lovely for cooling off and the table tennis and trampoline would be welcome for families with younger children. I would highly recommend this villa for any couple or family who are looking for a relaxing holiday with excellent facilities and a comfortable place to stay. Pauline also (very helpfully) provides plenty of information about the local area, the bus timetables and ideas for things to do and places to explore. There is nothing that hasn’t been considered to ensure her guests have the best stay possible!
