Lovely visit!

My family stayed for a week. Overall, the property is very good for the value with enough room for everyone. The bedrooms are ok, mattresses could be more comfortable. The kitchen, dining area and living room are set up very nicely and are comfortable. The outside area, complete with patio furniture, pool and grill area, is set up well and we enjoyed it. Although we enjoyed our stay, there were a couple things we noticed. First, the house was not fully clean. Many of the glasses and dishes needed to be washed first before using as they had dust or didn't look clean. There were some cobwebs in the upstairs bathroom celing. And there was a lot of cat hair, noticeably along electric sockets in the upstairs bedroom. The property is advertised as pet-friendly, yet for anyone who may have allergies to cats specifically (there is a cat feeder and a small cat-house near the fireplace one easily notices in the downstairs living area), this could be an issue. Although close to old Vence, it's more like a 15-20 minute walk to the center. 5-10 minute drive so we mostly drove and easily parked in a lot in old town. Location is very quiet and peaceful, and it was great to be only 10 minutes from St. Paul de Vence, which we highly recommend. 30-40 minutes drive to Nice. Overall, it is a very nice property for the value.

Heerlijke week op prachtige plek!

We hebben als gezin een heerlijke week gehad, wat een fijn huis op een prachtige plek! We voelden ons direct thuis en welkom na de hartelijke ontvangst van Philippe. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig! In de tuin was het goed, overal zithoekjes, het zwembad, het uitzicht op het kleine kerkje. Ook genoten we van de vele dorpjes, de natuur en natuurlijk de Middelandse zee. We komen zeker nog eens terug! natuurlijk de Middelandze

Fantastik ferieophold i Vence

The host Marie-Laure and Philippe was very friendly, and their service during our stay was perfect. The house and the surroundings is great and is provides all you need. The pool was fantastic. Vence is in walking distance, and have All you need for a Pleasant holiday. Nice, Antibes, Monaco is within Half an hours drive. We where a family of 4 adults age between 22 and 64. Très bonnes vacances

Accueil très agréable, avec à l arrivée une petite collation et une boisson fraîche offerte, très appréciable après des heures de voiture. La maison est spacieuse avec tout le confort nécessaire , nous étions 7 et nous n'avons manqués de rien. La literie est très confortable avec du linge de maison propre. La piscine est très agréable et bien sécurisée pour les enfants . La maison se situe dans un endroit tres calme et proche de centre ville ( nous y sommes allés à pied même avec des enfants de 3ans) . Proche de mer comme de la montagne c est un lieu idéal pour les visites ( Monaco, marinland, Nice, petits villages perchés) mais aussi pour la farniente. Les enfants y trouverons de nombeux jeux et n aurons pas une minute pour s ennuyer. Merci à Mme et M Baron nous avons passé de superbes vacances reposantes. Nous recommandons bien sur cette villa

Tout y est : Maison conforme à la description , très bien équipée (jeux , vaisselle, electro-ménager...)dans un environnement calme et agréable à proximité du centre ville, piscine bien protégée pour les enfants; Un endroit à conseiller pour passer d'excellentes vacances en famille et recharger les batteries. PS: C'est encore mieux que sur les photos

Villa très agréable

Nous avons passé d'agréables vacances dans la villa de Mr Baron. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et sympathique. La villa est idéalement située, proche des commerces. La maison est propre et très bien entretenue,et possède tout le nécessaire. Très belle piscine entourée d'oliviers centenaires.

chaleureuse maison à Vence

Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, nous avons appréciés nos vacances à cette villa parce qu'elle était très propre, jolie et prés de tout. Cette villa est accueillante et chaleureuse. Elles est spacieuse pour une famille, très bien équipée, une terrasse qui donne directement sur la piscine (que du bonheur !!!!). Le quartier est calme et on est qu'a 5 minutes en voiture du centre ville. Nous recommandons cette location, nous garderons un excellent souvenir de ces vacances à Vence ! Encore un grand merci aux propriétaires.
