The place is very clean and close to the airport and all transportation, but it's very hard to find since it is located at the back of the street. It took me 45 minutes to find with the help of other hotel staff nearby. Overall it's very good place to stay.

I'll be back!!!

Staff were very friendly & helpful. I have been to Nice a few times so I was familiar with the area. However, this was my first stay at Residhome Nice Aeroport. The room was so well equipped, I was so impressed. I stayed for a total of 3 days/ 2 nights (separate bookings made) and was able to utilise the fridge. I did a little food shop at Carrefour City on Boulevard Rene Cassin (which also has a yummy salad bar selection) and stocked up for breakfast and lunch items for the duration of my stay - I ate out for Dinner. I enjoyed resting on the balcony after my long hikes. There were lots of charging ports in the room - USB, USB-C and EU plugs so I could charge all my devices at the same time. The hotel is quite close to Nice Saint Augustin station where I caught trains to Antibes, Cannes and Menton (and back) - I bought a Cote D'azur pass so I had unlimted train, tram and bus travel across cote D'azur and I realllllly utlised it! I also travelled by Tram to the Nice airport.. approx journey time to Terminal 1= 10mins, to terminal 2 = 15 mins. There are several restaurants around but I had dinner at the nearby Crowne Plaza Hotel which I stayed during my last visit to Nice. Hotel to Nice centre/ Old Nice/ promenade de Anglais is only 30 mins on the bus , but about 10 mins in a taxi. The hotel location is really great overall. Such good value overall, I was tempted to extend my overall trip by 1 day. Dear Residhome Nice Aéroport team, Thanks and please don't change :)

Had an interesting stay here. Firstly I booked through Expedia, very reasonable prices. However finding the hotel took, 20 minutes of walking around L’s in Nice. Rooms quite spacious and well equipped, all very modern. Not too convinced by cleanliness found what looked suspiciously like a toe nail clipping in the bathroom. A bit of excitement when unannounced, my door was opened by a receptionistt and what looked like a porter. No idea why they didn’t knock, or what they wanted. To cap it all, gig a phone call asking for my name, and was bitten by a mosquito. But I got the little bleeder.

I enjoyed my stay! You need to walk to find it. Close to most of the places and I just 10 min walking from the airport! The breakfast is small but is enough! They offer room service (cleaning) if you pay extra. I recommend!

Less Than Ideal

The room was constantly 27 degrees - even at night! It was late March and I was told that the aircon wouldn't be switched on because it was not 'summertime'. Leaving the window open at night to combat this meant 24/7 jumbo-jets in your ears, which I know can't be helped given the location. Couldn't sleep because it was so hot, bed was also extremely squeaky.

Room was spacious and clean. Close to airport. One room was on the top floor, but the air conditioning did not work well, it was 29.7 degree Celsius and we set 21 degree before sleep. In the morning it was 30 degree and we were so sweating.
