Located on the ground floor, it consists of a lovely 50 m² living room, an open-plan equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower), and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 60 m². The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 50 m² living room with TV, sleeping area with double sofa bed, and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140x190)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.

- A shared 60m² terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days, facing west

The apartment is located on the garden level, one level below the entrance to the property.

The apartment is ideally located in Nice, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

- Swim a few laps at the Jean Médecin swimming pool, accessible in 15-20 minutes by tram.

- Relax in Phoenix Park, a 10-minute walk away, with its exotic gardens and large tropical greenhouse.
