Our Studio is an ideal place to stay during your visit to Nice. It is spacious (27m2) and ideally placed. Less than 5 minutes walk from the Gare de Nice (while being quiet of the brouah main avenues), it will allow you to visit Nice on foot while enjoying the proximity of the main train station to spend days in Cannes, Monaco, Eze or Antibes.

We will provide you the main elements of a successful trip, namely, towels, sheets, coffee, tea, very high speed wifi and even a beach umbrella.
