This beautiful apartment is located in a charming street in the Old Town, in the heart of the old town, a stone's throw from great restaurants, bakeries and delicacies, and 100 meters walk from the Promenade des Anglais beach and from the famous Cours Saleya market. Renovated with the greatest care, this apartment offers a pleasant base from which to explore the glitz and glamor of the French Riviera.

Perfect spot!

We loved this flat in old Nice. Fridge, laundry, full outfitted with cutlery (and of course a wine opener!). Excellent location. Nice air conditioning!

Si l’appartement est bien placé proche de la mer, du cour saleia, et de toutes les activités qu’offre la ville, son emplacement face à un bar de nuit le déclasse tant les hurlements de jeunes dans la rue ainsi que la musique très forte (portes du club ouvertes) sont importants et ce, jusqu’ à plus de deux heures du matin chaque soir. Certes nous sommes dans le vieux Nice, mais il y a des limites aux nuisances sonores! Nous avons dû faire appel à la police un soir, mais les nuisances ont repris le lendemain! Quel dommage, l’appartement serait sympa par ailleurs, mais je vous le déconseille.
