Very nice 3 room apartment located on the 3rd floor of a beautiful residence with lift, it is bright and has a terrace.

A very nice apartment in good shape and nicely decorated. This is what we like. We could not find the switch to the shutters in the living room. Maybe it is not there??

The property states that it doesn’t come with air conditioning, however what it failed to mention was that there was no way to diminish the sun from the main living area or that the fans in the property were ineffectual at providing any cooling. It was well over 90 degrees in the unit and miserable. It was also very loud at night with traffic noise below as the slider doors needed to stay open for ventilation. The unit says it is a 15 minute walk to the beach, but failed to mention this is a 600ft drop and climb in elevation and takes far longer than 15 minutes. It is far above town, the beach and dining. Great view but not a great location. Within hours of being in the unit we reached out to cancel our remaining nights and were refused any refund despite how miserable and uncomfortable the unit was. Manager was not helpful. Our time in the beautiful town of Villefranche was ruined due ot our stay here. Would not recommend or stay here again.

A Truly Wonderful Vacation!!!

An extremely comfortable and well designed apartment. Two great sized bedrooms, a ‘huge’ shower in a beautiful bathroom, a lovely dining and living room area with a well positioned kitchen. The balcony has a spectacular view and watching the day turn into night and seeing the whole bay light up and sparkle is magical !! We were lucky to have a beautiful cruise liner stop by and when it lit up on the evening wow, it was stunning. We took our car too and the parking here is great and safe. You can also get around without a car. You can get to the bay by the steps opposite the apartment, a lot of steps but it only takes 8 minutes. Down on the bay are fab restaurants and a couple of lovely little shops. You can take the bus from here, to St Jean Cap Ferrat, Beaulieu and Nice for only 2€ also the train from the bay to Monaco 6€ return and the trains are spot on time. We walked from the apartment to Nice, it only took 40 minutes. We did stumble upon a shortcut between the streets but all in all a great and easy walk to Nice Old Port first, stopped for a coffee before a further stretch along the Promenade D’Anglaise. I would advise the bus back (again 2€) as it’s all up hill. Finally but by no means least, our first holiday with Riviera Holiday Homes and the amazing ‘SANDRINE’ are the best agents we have dealt with. From beginning to end Sandrine gave us 5 star kindness and care, replies to emails in seconds !! and for this reason we will be back. Thank you Sandrine xx

Très bel appartement rénové avec goût. La cuisine est très bien équipée. La vue sur la baie est très belle avec le port et Saint Jean Cap Ferrat en arrière plan. Seul bémol impossible de faire quelque chose à pieds, la voiture est indispensable pour se déplacer l'appartement étant sur les hauteurs ce qui n'est pas pratique avec des enfants en bas âge notamment.
