This pleasant villa of 120 m² is tastefully furnished and fully equipped, and can accommodate up to 6 people. It offers views of the garden and the sea and is situated in a calm environment, ideal for families, whilst being close to shops and restaurants.



The accommodation is approximately 400 m from the town centre, accessible on foot, as well as restaurants and a supermarket. Villefranche-sur-Mer railway station and Marinières beach are located 2 km away.



The villa has an enclosed garden, a terrace, a balcony, garden furniture and a plancha offering pleasant outdoor spaces to relax. It is also equipped with a washing machine, an iron, a hairdryer, free Wi-Fi internet access, and a garage.
